Jon’s professional tenure encompasses a significant period at Bankston, Gronning, and O’Hara in Anchorage, Alaska, where he delved into general civil litigation, handling a plethora of cases that underscored his capability to navigate diverse legal challenges. Jon holds licenses to practice law in Texas, Alaska, and Hawai’i.

Since joining his former mock trial partner Mikal Watts at his prior firm in 2015, initially as Of Counsel and now Partner, Jon has actively engaged in a wide spectrum of legal battles, including wildfire litigation, personal injury, product liability, mass tort litigation, agriculture law, and class action cases. His commitment to excellence in litigation is evident in his contributions to high-stakes cases, notably his involvement in representing 55,000 corn farmers in a landmark settlement.
