Damon Singleton: Attorney at Watts Law Firm LLP

Damon Singleton joined Watts Law Firm LLP in August 2024. Before joining the firm, he served as General Counsel and Strategy Officer for Johnson Law Firm, a mass tort firm that collaborates with law firms nationwide to represent injured parties. Prior to that, Damon worked as a litigation attorney with Turner & Associates in North Little Rock, Arkansas, representing plaintiffs in complex litigation cases across the United States. His legal experience spans personal injury, wrongful death, products liability, prescription drugs, and business litigation.

Military Service and Legal Leadership

In addition to his civilian legal career, Damon has served in the Arkansas Army National Guard since 2011 as a member of the U.S. Army’s Judge Advocate General’s Corps. He currently holds the rank of Lieutenant Colonel and serves as the Senior Defense Counsel for the 326th Trial Defense Service, overseeing a team of legal professionals that provide defense services to members of the Arkansas Army National Guard.

Damon’s previous military assignments include Chief of Military Justice, Command Judge Advocate for the Arkansas National Guard Counter Drug Task Force, Brigade Judge Advocate for the 87th Troop Command, and Brigade Judge Advocate for the 77th Combat Aviation Brigade. He deployed to Kuwait and Iraq from 2016 to 2017 in support of Operation Inherent Resolve.

Damon holds a BSBA from the University of Arkansas and earned his Juris Doctorate with Honors from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock School of Law. He resides in Little Rock with his wife and two children.
