Meet Hailey Watts

Hailey Watts, Attorney

Hailey Watts brings her passion for justice and knowledge of personal injury, mass torts, harmful pharmaceuticals, and commercial litigation to each case she handles. Born and raised in Texas, Hailey’s journey from Corpus Christi to San Antonio, and then to The University of Texas at Austin, where she earned her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology with a minor in Business, has shaped her understanding and commitment to her community. Her law degree from The University of Texas School of Law, completed in May 2022, is testament to her dedication to legal excellence.

During her academic tenure, Hailey’s work in the Actual Innocence Clinic and as an advanced student attorney in the Children’s Rights Clinic honed her skills in advocating for the wrongfully convicted and for children in DFPS cases. These experiences, coupled with internships at the Texas Office of the Attorney General’s Human Trafficking Unit and the Travis County District Attorney’s Office’s Child Abuse Unit, solidified her resolve to fight for those who have endured injustice.

Joining Watts Law Firm LLP in 2023, Hailey brings her commitment to personal injury law and her deep-rooted desire to help victims of sexual assault and empower individuals facing adversity. Her work ethic, honed through her diverse internships and her academic rigor, positions her as a formidable ally for her clients. Hailey’s role at Watts Law Firm LLP goes beyond traditional legal representation; she embodies the firm’s ethos of empowering voices and effecting societal change.
